Mr. Klinkenberg serves as Construction Manager for The Crowley Group Florida projects. He has over 25 years of field experience and recently completed the award winning Legends 300 unit multi-family project in St. Augustine and is now overseeing the Legacy Trail project as well as performing due diligence review on new acquisitions throughout the south.
